Do you offer custom pricing for large organizations?

Yes! Our Enterprise plan can be customized for organizations with unique requirements. Contact sales@vitaiq.ca for a custom quote.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use bank-level encryption (AES-256), SOC 2 compliant hosting, and follow strict Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA). See our Privacy Policy for details.

Do you provide FINTRAC consulting services?

VitaLaw Monitor is a compliance monitoring tool, not a consulting service. However, we can refer you to qualified FINTRAC compliance consultants if needed.

What if I need help setting up?

We provide setup guides and email support for all plans. Professional and Enterprise customers receive priority support and onboarding calls.
